5. Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellation more than 90 days: full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellation 60-90 days: 50% refund
• Cancellation 30-60 days: 25% refund
• Cancellation less than 30 days: no refund
• Programme modifications subject to availability
• Weather-related cancellations: rescheduling options provided
• Force majeure events: reasonable alternatives offered

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

• Valid passport required for international travel
• Visas are the traveller's responsibility
• Vaccinations as required by destination countries
• Health declarations may be necessary
• Travel insurance documentation recommended
• We assist with requirement information but final responsibility rests with traveller

7. Health and Safety

• Travellers must disclose relevant medical conditions
• Fitness level requirements vary by programme
• Winter conditions demand appropriate preparation
• Guides may modify itineraries for safety reasons
• Emergency evacuation insurance recommended
• Follow all guide instructions and safety protocols

8. Intellectual Property

• All content remains property of Crystavia
• Limited license granted for personal, non-commercial use
• No reproduction without written permission
• User-generated content license terms apply
• Third-party content acknowledgment required
• Trademark and copyright notices must be preserved

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Services provided "as is" without warranties
• No guarantee of specific results or outcomes
• Limitation of liability to programme fees paid
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages
• User assumes risk of service use
• Force majeure events exempt from liability
• Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed

10. Dispute Resolution
